Equestrian Center

Rocky Point Preserve includes established equestrian infrastructure designed for private use. The property features a full-size outdoor riding arena, a stable with six stalls, and three fenced pastures, including grass grazing areas. An extensive trail network provides direct riding access throughout the preserve, offering a rare combination of acreage, privacy, and equestrian functionality.

    The stable building includes six stalls equipped with automatic waterers, a dedicated tack room, two tacking stations, and an additional grooming station with hot and cold running water. A private suite located within the stable building provides supplementary accommodations suitable for a caretaker.

    Pastures and Arena

    The equestrian facilities include three fenced pastures, each with an independent water supply, including two grass pastures suitable for grazing. A full competition-size outdoor riding arena supports training, exercise, and general equestrian use.
